Love working with an imaginary team. Maybe I should call them departments.

You guessed it, we're short of people. How short? I'd have to kill you.

The advantages are never ending. Just this morning I called an impromptu brain storming session at 8:25 and within seconds the room was alight with words, mounting enthusiasm and shouted brilliant ideas punctured only by slaps over the arm to keep the nicotine patch in place and coffee breaks. It was fab. "We" came up with the concept for a new company brochure that will just blow your mind as we're at the same time clever and elegant. My own swarm of Michael Phelps!

In fact they performed so well I may just have to take them out for a beer later.

Spencer, just dropping in to touch bases with Clive !

Oh how intensely perverted that all sounds!

Martin said...

...and not to mention, considering our predicaments, not a very good solution!

Duena said...

Utterly inefficient, agreed! So no bases, heads or tails touched then.

Agreed.

At least Spencer has a decent head and tail.

A lazy git at times it seems, I reckon he just sits there preening himself in the mirror.

I do bed your pardon?!? Are you implying our Clive has some form of physical deformity?!?!?

How very dare you?!? He may be only retrievable by surgery but he is mightily handsome! Let it be said that I believe his body and tail to be more beautiful than your Spencer's! :P

My word, Under no circumstances was I casting aspersions upon Clive's physical appearance, or abilities for that matter.

Beauty is in the eye of the cupholder.

We always say "Beauty is in the hand of the surgeon and the eye of the embryologist".

Cupholding is a forgotten -if eerily pleasant by comparison- ritual.
